This has very little to do with Real Estate but it does provide me the opportunity to share with you one of my favorite quotes. Monday was the birthday of Theodore Geisel. Actually it would have been Theodore's 105Th birthday but we unfortunately lost him many years ago. Some of you are more familiar with his pen name of Dr. Seuss. I love this quote from Oh the places you"ll go
You have brains in your head.
You have feet in your shoes
You can steer yourself
any direction you choose.
It truly is our decision the direction we move. These are tough times for all of us, but we do have brains and we have endured much more challenging times than these. I vote that our direction should be to fixing whats wrong, being positive and moving on.
Another birthday that I would like to mention would be my daughter Gina Handley's which was yesterday. Seems like only a few years ago that she was reading Dr. Seuss and now she is all grown up and doing GREAT. Happy Birthday Gina Bean!
