While reading the UT yesterday I saw and read an article about the 77 square foot London England Studio apartment. Are you ready for this listed at $335,000. Can you imagine $4,340 per square foot and get this it needs lots of work and has no electricity. WOW and we thought San Diego Real Estate was expensive. I mention this to reenforce an old adage in Real Estate LOCATION, LOCATION LOCATION. Location is the number one variable in establishing value for any Real Estate.
